Bangladesh, Myanmar agree to start Rohingya repatriation by mid-November

Bangladesh and Myanmar agreed on Tuesday to begin by mid-November the repatriation of hundreds of thousands of Rohingya Muslims who have fled to Bangladesh to escape an army crackdown.
